- 5 Back Squat

- 10 Reverse lunges

- 20M Sled Push

B.

4 Rounds :

- 5 Bench press

- 10 HSPU

- 10 Chin ups

C.

4 Rounds :

- 5 Deadlift

- 10 Bend over rows

- 12 Biceps Curls

* Every station you will perform:
